  3. If you wish to order one or more copies of the FTP Daemon NLM, please
  4. print this file on a printer, fill out the order form on the third
  5. page and mail it with your payment to:

  11. We accept purchase orders from educational institutions and Fortune 500
  12. companies only. 
  13.  
  14. All other orders must be accompanied by a check. We are unable to offer 
  15. credit card processing at this time. That may change in the future. 
  16. You may send email to info@murkworks.com to find out if this has changed
  17. when you choose to place an order.
  18.  
  19. On the order form you will be required to provide the serial number(s)
  20. of the server(s) on which you wish to load the FTP Daemon. You can 
  21. determine the proper serial number by one of several means:
  22.  
  23.     1. Use SYSCON, File Server Information
  24.     2. Load the FTPD NLM and copy down the number it displays at
  25.        startup.
  26.     3. If the FTP Daemon NLM is already loaded, enter the console
  27.        command:
  28.             ftpd serialnum
  29.  
  30. Be sure to double check the listed serial numbers, we are not responsible
  31. for re-issuing security keys for incorrectly recorded serial numbers.
  32.  
  33. ** International Order Information **
  34.  
  35.     International orders will be shipped via AIR Mail unless you
  36.     request delivery via Federal Express. For Federal Express delivery, 
  37.     add $30 US to the total of your order. Air mail takes up to two weeks
  38.     for delivery (sometimes longer). Federal Express usually delivers
  39.     within four days.
  40.  
  41.     When paying by check, we prefer that you issue the check in US
  42.     dollars and drawn on a US bank. If you are unable to draw a check
  43.     on a US bank, then you should issue the check in your own currency.
  44.     For non-us bank checks, add an additional $30 to the order price,
  45.     and be sure to convert the total payment amount to your own
  46.     currency when writing the check.

  48. ** Orders from the USA **
  49.  
  50.     All orders will be shipped UPS 2nd day unless otherwise 
  51.     requested. Be sure to include a street address in the ship 
  52.     to field of the order form. UPS can NOT deliver to a postal box.
  53.  
  54.     If you require delivery to a postal box, shipment will be made via
  55.     US mail `overnight' where available, first class otherwise.
  56.  
  57.     Research corporations which are subsidiaries of educational 
  58.     institutions are not eligable for the 35% educational discount.
  59.  
  60. ** Orders from New York State **
  61.  
  62.     Orders from companies within NY must include 7% sales tax unless
  63.     they are a tax exempt organization. If they are tax exempt you must
  64.     include a copy of the tax exempt certificate (just providing the
  65.     tax exempt number is NOT satisfactory).

  67. ** Orders which do not follow these instructions will be returned unprocessed.
